     The slow-efficient packaged fertilizer is such a sort of fertilizer made in the following way: it uses water soluble fertilizer as kernel and uses plant oil, animal oil or its oil resilue or its modified thing as slow-releasing agent and then by the action of natural and inorganic adhesive, the above-mentioned material is wrapped up with calcium, magnesium, phosphate fertilizer or steel scoria phosphate fertilizer. The plant nutritional components of potassium fertilizer, microelement are used as the wrapping inner layer of the kernel. The slow-efficient packaged fertilizer which is a multinutrient component inorganic-organic composite fertilizer, can supply soil with the appropriate organic matters, beneficial to keep soil fertility. The slow-releasing agent has the advantages of that it can slow down the releasing rate of the soluble components, its cost is low and it doesn't contaminate soil, etc.
