Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention relates to a method of adding a nutrient solution into the culture material in the course of cultivating edible fungi and raising its culture efficiency. After having been mixed the plant ash, calcium superphosphate and water which are used for cultivating its nutrient solution are added into the culture material together with the liquid nutrient solution. The rate of fungi growth is raised by 42%, and its cost is one twelfth of that of adding phospho-nitrogen fertilizer, therefore it is suitable for cultivating various edible fungi. | |||
