Abstract:
     In this invention is described a soil acidity regulating agent for dry breeding of rice seedlings. The novel acidity regulating agent comprises furfural dregs as the base material with addition of a fixed amount of dilute sulfuric acid in admixture with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and some minor amounts of zinc and manganese. The said acidity regulator, which is suitable for both neutral and basic soils, can maintain appropriate acidity in a prolonged period of time with desirable effects of disease prevention, fertilizer enhancement, seedlings nutrition and crop boosting.
