Abstract: |
|||
| Sulphuric acid is used to treat potassium chloride by converting it into potassium bisulphate while hydrogen chloride is recovered efficiently. The mixture of potassium bisulphate and sulphuric acid in different proportions is used to treat phosphorus ore to transfer its P2O5 into solution in the states of potassium phosphate and phosphuric acid. After removing gypsum crystal, the filtered liquor is ammoniated until its pH value is equal to 9-12 and potassium or ammonium phosphate is crystallized. The crystal is recovered via centrifugal filter and drying. | |||
