Abstract:
     This invention introduces a process for preparation of organic fertilizer composed of autogenous wine yeast. It uses nodule bacteria of legume which is inoculated in culture medium using brown sugar as main component. Said culture medium is dissolved in aseptic water. After two-stage cultivation the culatured liquor is mixed with plant ash to yield organic fertilizer of wine yeast. It can increase nitrogen-fixing capacity of original legume, and can also be applied on plants in forestry agriculture and orchard to increase significantly introgen-fixing capacity from soil and air.
