Abstract:
This invention discloses a biochemical process in producing protein hydrolysate, nucleic acid and fats. It features that the hydrolase exists in the enzyme system of earthworm itself, hence it is unnecessary to separate and extract enzyme, it may be used directly for hydrolysis. By some biochemical processes, such as impurities removing, digesting, addition of microorganisms and bateriostatic agent, enzymolysis, the earthworm itself or animal body or the seeds of vegetables can be hydrolyzed into a composite material (enzymolytic liquid) which is composed of amino acids, nucleotide, glycerine and fatty acid. The enzymolytic liquid may be further processed into different biochemical products.
