Abstract:
     This invention relates to a process for producing fertilizer from waste industrial liquid during the production of cystine. It features as follows: said waste industrial liquid is stayed in a settling tank; supernatant liquid is filtered for removing suspended solids out; the liquid after filter is pumped into a reactor; additive is added in while mixed; the mixing continues at ordinary temp. and pressure for further mixing and dissolution while industrial ammonium water is used to regulate its pH value to 4.8; the solution after neutralization is filtered again to obtain a liquid amino acid fertilizer; and going through vapourization, concentration and drying, a solid amino acid fertilizer is obtained.
