Abstract:
     The method is to grow edible fungus with traditional Chinese herb medicine residues by the technologic procedures of culture of fungus species, prepn. of culture medium, inoculation, hypha cultivation and mushroom prodn. The key lies in that the abandoned residues is used as crude material, of which the medical components have been extracted during the process of making Chinese drug preparations in pharmaceutical factory. According to a favourable prescriptions, the residues can be used to cultivate Collybia velutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus sajor-caju and Hericium erinaceus. It simplifies the treatment procedures of culture material, enabling the pharmaceutical factory to produce industrially the above-mentioned mushrooms all the year round, and further reduce labour and cost in the treatment of residues, so as to change waste material into treasure and to increase income.
