Abstract:
     Mixture of black liquor and alkalized straw powder in weight ratio of 5:1 is put in anaerobic fermentor, into which rumen block yeast, nutrients and nitrogen source are added for anaerobic fermentation at 38-42 deg.C for 5-7 days. Fermented filtrate is aerated for removing COD and BOD and then drained, and the fermented material is baked and broken to obtain rumen feed. It features great quantity of black liquor to be treated, sufficient use of NaOH and organic matter in black liquor, and low cost.
