Abstract:
     The said method features that during the prepn of potassium hydrogen sulfate with potassium chloride and dense sulfuric acid, the high reaction temp is controlled, so that potassium hydrogen sulfate in reactor has sufficient time and contact area to phosphoric acid and ammonia gas for reaction. It consists of only three steps of potassium hydrogen sulfate prepn, mixing reaction and spraying pelletizing. Without the need of dissolving potassium hydrogen sulfate with water and the evaporating concentration step, the said method is short in techn process and continuous in prodn, and is suitable for various complex fertilizer plants.
