Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a flotation separation technique for potash feldspar wet-decomposed material, and is characterized by that an amine-type cationic promotor is added to the potash feldspar decomposed material slurry, then the traditional flotation method is used to separate out potassium fluorosilicate from other components of the decomposed material slurry and gather it to make the material be fed into rotary furnace and calcined reduced to about 1/5, so that the energy consumption is reduced,and the subsequent handling process is simplified, and the K2O content of main products is raised to 47.22%, and the yield of Al2O3 of by-products is 92.67%, and the yield of SiO2 is up to 80.13%, its product quality and economic benefits are raised. Said invention is suitable for continuous production, easy to implement industrialization.
