Abstract:
     The preparation method of potassium sulfate by using two-step conversion of ammonium sulfate is characterized by that adding potassium chloride in ammonium sulfate liquor, cooling and separating to obtain crystal potassium ammonium sulfate and mother liquor I; adding crystal potassium ammonium sulfate in concentrated KCl solution, separating to obtain crystal potassium sulfate and mother liquor II; washing crystal potassium sulfate and drying crystal to obtain potassium sulfate product, and feeding the washing liquor into KCl solution tank; evaporating and concentrating mother liquor I, and combining it with phosphate fertilizer and granulating to obtain nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium three-component composite fertilizer; and then feeding the mother liquor II into the first converter for circlating use.
