Abstract:
     A new conversion process of potassium chloride for preparing compound fertilizer using potassium chloride and concentrated sulfuric acid as raw materials features that the micro 2-valence metal oxide is added to reactants and the conversion temp of potassium chloride is at 115-130 deg.C to obtain potassium hydrogen sulfate. Adding trace elements during the conversion of potassium chloride can make the potassium hydrogen sulfate solution as intermediate product to carry the trace elements, increasing the conversion of potassium chloride up to more than 90% and decreasing the Cl ion content (less than 2.5%).
