Abstract:
     A process for preparing granular CO2 fertilizer from the filtered mud in sugar refinery features use of said filtered mud as main raw material whose principal chemical component is calcium carbonate, and includes such steps as mixing said filtered mud with ammonium sulfate and sulfur, heating to 170 deg.C, and anhydrous granulating. Said granular CO2 fertilizer provides enough CO2 and trace elements for 30-40 days for the plant in plastic hot-shed to increase the yield and quality by times. Its another advantage is use of waste to reduce environmental pollution.
