Abstract:
     When the liquid of the synthetic urea is provided and it flows from top to bottom of a vertical separator with a shell and tube heat exchanger, the ammonia and carbon dioxide are guided and pass through the exchanger from bottom to top. The steam is used to heat the liquid and gas on side of the case. Some unreacted amine ammonia formiate and excessive ammonia are separated from the synthetic urea liquid. They become mixed gas of ammonia and carbon dioxide. The side of exchanger case is separated into several heating chambers. The medium pressure steam is supplied into the top chamber and the steam whose pressure is less than the above is supplied into the next chamber and so on.
