| the chemical solidification method is used to solidify the inorganic acid to form phosphorous-releasing solid or semisolid substance. At mormal temp., it is applied as " solid agent " for batch prdn. of high concn. nitrogenous phosphate composite fertilizer through "dry process" from ground phosphate ore directly. It may also be added to sylvite, cement kiln ash or a certain potash ore, humic acid substance or trace element compound etc. to mfr. multinutrient composite fertilizer. The reaction of ammonia and solidified acid can be used to mfr. a new nitrogenous fertilizer through "dry process " or "semidry process." The features for mfg. fertilizer using solidified acid are simple technique, easy operation. Less energy consumption free from "three wastes" and no strict quality requirement on ore etc. That is appropriate to be popularized. In addn., the solidified acid can also be used as an additive mixed to other fertilizers (microfertilizer or hardly phosphate fertilizer etc.) | |||
