Abstract:
     The invented method utilizes two kind industral waste solutions (one kind is acrylic acid, acrylic ester, methyl-acrylic acid and methyl-acryli ester, and the other kind is urea-process melamine to produce ammonium sulphate by directly mixed reaction under normal temp. and normal pressure. At the same time, it uses ammonium sulfate mother liquor to produce unitedly the ammonium sulfate-superphosphate which is used as raw material for producing composite fertilizer. it not only solves the pullution problem of two kind industral waste liquids, but also produces a great amount of ammonium sulfate and saves a great amount of concentrated sulfuric acid synthetic ammonia and energy source (each ton ammonium sulfate saves 0.258 ton synthetic ammonia and 0.744 ton concentrated sulfuric acid and 1.3-1.5 ton steam), so that it has a tremendous social and economic effect.
