Abstract:
     Said invention provides a new production process of urea which includes the procedure of composition, decomposing, retrieving, prilling, etc.. The ammonium and ammonia are used selectively as raw materials, the ammonium formate is formmed which is reacted in the ammonium formate reactor, or in the decomposing and retrieving system, and after compressing and heating by feeding into the urea reactor to compound urea, then decomposing, retrieving and prilling to make the finished products. Said process can omit the CO2 taking off procedure for transforming ammonium bicarbonate factory to urea factory. Combining with the ammonium bicarbonate production, which may build a factory to produce the ammonium bicarbonate and urea as well as several fertilizer.
