Abstract:
     Raw phosphoric acid dihydrate produced by wet method from/medium or low grade phosphours rock, containing about 20% P2O5, 4-5% impurities of Fe2O3, Al2O3, MgO, such inferior phosphoric acid can be neutralized with aminonia, and urea is then add to make the weight ratio of phosphoric acid to urea 100:35, while keeping the temperature below 100 deg.C, in this way we obtain urea-(NH4)3 PO4 compound fertilizer. Such fertilizer contains appropriate proportion of nitrogen and phorphoncs, and this proportion can be adjusted according to the demand of different soil and crop, so it overcomes the disadvantoge of lower contents of nitrogen and phosphorus.
