Abstract:
     This monitoring device includes a central control station which sends out call signals to a group of remote terminal devices for addressing. The central control station receives input signal which includes the address mark of a terminal device to be prohibited. Before addressing to all remote terminals, the central control station will check the address of a special terminal device and see if it is prohibited. If it is, the terminal will not be addressed and then the address of the next terminal is checked to see if it is prohibited.
