| In this invention, phosphorus rock is used as raw material, and subjected to acid decomposition, and defluorination. After preparation of monocalcium phosphate, double decomposition of the calcium phosphate with potassium sulfate is carried out to obtain solution of mixed phosphate and potassium. Then, the solution is neutralized by KOH or ammonia, at the same time, impurities are further removed by KF, so we get KH2PO4 or NH4KHPO4. Forther more, a technology for recovering potassium fluorosilicate and making KF and KOH from it is deviced. Using this method, impurities can be removed efficiently, materials can be circulated and reused, the operation is easy, and high quality product with high rate of recovery can be obtained. | |||
