Abstract:
     In this invention, the phosphoric acid, especially at the concentration of 5-20%, and patassium chloride are changed directly into potassium dihydrophosphate in the presence of tertiary amine. The impurities in phosphoric acid and chloric cation are changed into sodium floride, potassium carbonate, potassium sulfate, ammonium chloride and other products. The process includes steps of association, displacement, associated displacement, regeneration, refinement of the product and the treating side-products, which make up a basically closed circulation system. The quality of the potassium dihydrophosphate made from phosphoric acid solution and potassium chloride can meet the required standard for food additive. The cost of the raw material will be 60% lower than that of the neutralization method. The quality of potassium dihydrophosphate made from phosphoric acid solution and potassium chloride will meet the present standard of fertilizer level.
