| Phosphate immersion is reacted with reaction product of alkaline material and silicofluoride directly to purify the product, thus can produce high quality phosphate products or compound fertilizer. Due to the presence of SiO2, high seperating rate is obtd. and fluorine can be reused. Phosphate product solution is alternatively isolated by inorganic salt (eg. KCL) and ammonium so resulting in low evaporation and less energy consumption. When only compound fertilizer is produced, concentration and drying are unneccessary. | |||
