Abstract:
     The present invention belongs to the technical field of producing phosphates and chemical fertilizers. The main content of the present invention is to dissolve phosphate rock, the pH value is regulated by lime cream, but without filtration to separate calcium chloride, then phosphoric sulphate ore, the reactive potassium sulphate material liquid, is added into the same reactor to make a solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate by one-step. Again, it is purified by circulated fluorine to obtain a pure product, a product made by calcium chloride or other chlorinated products. The potassium and nitrogen introduced into the fluorine circulation process enter into a by-product complex fertilizer constituent. The present method is characterized by a short technological process, a little filtration, a high utilization rate of crude material and a good quality.
