Abstract:
     This invention refers to a prodn. technique for chemical fertilizer in chemical industry. It is aimed at the key pt. in difficulty of controlling the pump fluidity existed in producing calcium superphosphat with the traditional ore pulp method. Provided that the original technological process and appts. for the former pulp method remain unchanged, by means of adding a surface active agent selected among humic acids lignin, naphthalene series substance, molasses and resin etc. (with an addn. of 0.2-1.0% to the total amt. of dry ore powder), it will succeed in decreasing the pump liq.-solid interfacial tension, transforming the pulp granular structure, completely controlling the fluidity of the phosphorus or pulp with various initial water content and keeping water equilibrium in the mix. system. This invention offers apparaent economic benefit.
