Abstract:
This Si-N-P granular fertilizer has two prescriptions. For the two prescriptions, the ratio of Si powder to amide N to superphosphate is respectively 6:3:1 or 5:3:2 and the contents of active components are respectively SiO2 (18-21%, or 15-17.5%), CO(NH2)2 (13.8%, or 13.8%) and P2O5 for the first (1.5-2%) or P2O3 for the second (4%). They have same productive technology as follows: water quenched white residue are baked and ball-milled into powder, amide nitrogen is broken up, superphosphate is baked and ground into powder, the three raw powders are uniformly mixed in a stirrer and then pelletizd with a pelletizer, and going through drying, the granular fertilizer is obtained, which is suitable for such crops as rice, sugarcane, reed, fruit tree and vegetable with obvious effect of increasing output. The output of rice applied with it can be increased by 10% as compared with that only applied with equivalent N fertilizer.
