Abstract:
     The present invention refers to a high-efficiency granulation unit, which is esp. suitable for use in phosphorous fertilizer production. The main technical features are that the feed returning outside of the rotary cylinder of existing technique is completely converted into one inside of the rotary cylinder, and the particles from unit discharge opening meet product granularity specifications, thus eliminating all outer feed return facilities. The present invention has advantages of reduced space occupation, apparatus investment, construction cost, electric energy consumption, and maintenance with marked economical benefits, increased particle quality, and improved working environment.
