Abstract:
     This invention provides a kind of using wet-process phosphoric acid for combined production of fertilizer grade and pure ammonium dihydrogen phosphates. This method is characterized by that the suspended material slurry obtained after the one-rurn neutralization of wet-process phosphoric acid and ammonia deposits by itself to separate out clear liquid and material slurry containing multiple impurities, the rising speed of the clear liquid level is controlled at not greater than 10 mm/min, and the liquid is crystallized at temp. not great than 40 deg.C after it is concentrated to water content of 40-45%. After the mother liquor produced at the time when the crystals are centrifugally separated is mixed with the material slurry after depositing separation, the conventional "material slurry" process is used to produce the fertilizer grade ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
