Abstract:
     This invention adopts conditions of dual-water process or semi-water process in decomposition of ore powder by sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid to prepare phosphoric acid slurry containing P2O5 25-34 percent or 34-50 percent. A mixture of one kind of many kinds of compounds which is selected from CaO, CaCl2, CaCo3, Calcium oxalate, Calcium nitrate, Calcium-Magnosium-Phosphorous fertilizer is added directly into slurry, or a compound containing magnesium aluminium, iron is also added as solidification agent, the slurry is solidified at 50-100 deg.C. with continuous stirring. The amount of solidification agent is 10-30 percent of weight of slurry. During or before solidification agent is added, nitrogen fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and micro-fertilizer may also be added. This process is rapid in solidification, high in conversion rate of P2O5.
