Abstract:
     A method to produce single superphosphate includes such steps as screening and breaking raw material, proportioning water and ore, ball grinding, sieving ore slurry, mixing with concentrated acid, chemosynthesis, cutting, fresh superphosphate, single superphosphate, and packing, and features no need of dewatering agent and activator, correct control of water content in ore slurry to 26-28%, and high quality of product.
