Abstract:
     A two-stage lime milk neutralization process for production of calcium biphosphate as fodder features that based on traditional one-stage neutralization, centrifugal separator, acid proportioning tank and acidic liquid pump are increased. Lime milk and phosphoric acid are added respectively from neutralizing tank in the first stage and acid proportioning tank to increase yield rate of P to over 90% and decrease the consumptions of phosphoric acid and lime.
