Abstract:
     The process for preparing potassium dihydrogen phosphate includes metathetical reaction of phosphoric acid with potassium chloride in mole ratio of 1.2-3:1 at 150-250 deg.C, oxidoreduction reaction by use of nitric acid, and crystallizing out from 95% alcohol (or propanol, or acetone). Single-pass recovery of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is up to 90% and its chlorine content conforms to the standard on Cl-free chemical fertilizer.
