Abstract:
     During extraction of phosphoric acid and production of nitrophoska fertilizer by acid mixing process, sulfuric acid is pre-mixed with phosphoric acid, or with mixture of phosphoric acid and nitric acid and through vacuum flush vaporization, the heat generated by diluting sulfuric acid is removed, so lowering reaction temp. of dihydrated ardealite in crystallization. Using vacuum cooling with mixed acid can reduce very high partial concentration of sulfuric in reactor, so improving crystalline uniformity of gypsum and reducing cooling energy.
