Abstract:
     The present invention takes the productive technology of ordinary calcium superphosphate as base, revises the technological process and adds the phosphatic ore, potash ore and fluorite in accordance with the proportional ratio of 7:2:1 or 6.8:2.5:0.7 or 7:2.5:0.5. The compounded raw material is crushed by cracker to make the particle size be less than 2 mm., then mixed with water content of 26-28% and made into slurry, which and concentrated sulfuric acid undergo the chemical reaction to turn into compound, the temp. maintains at 105-115 deg.C, the compound reacts with hot phosphoric acid to form into potassium dihydrogen phosphate, which then complexes with calcium superphosphate, the finished product P-K compound fertilizer is obtained after curing for 7-10 days.
