Abstract:
     The key points are that the slurry method is used to produce the concentrated slurry as raw material, through water soaking, separating, concentrating and crystallizing by cooling the industrial grade phospham product is obtained, the separated mother liquid. in which KCl is added, is passed through such processes of inversion reaction, cooling crystallization and separation, then the first-grade chlorine-free azophoska is obtained. The remained mother liquid after separation, in which the ground phosphate rock is added, is passed through the process of decomposition reaction under specific technological condition, then the chlorine-bearing solid azophoska is obtained through pelletizing. Said invention uses the available phospham factory as base and can rise the phosphoric value without need to increase investment greatly.
