Abstract:
     Ore slurry is prepd. from ore and is added into acid tank to react with sulfuric acid to form phosphoric acid and calcium sulfate. After filtration, phosphoric acid is obtd.. Phopshoric acid, ammonia and elementary nitrogen and potasium fertilizer are added into a neutrolization tank to proceed neutralization. After neutralization, the mixed slurry is pumped to the spray pelletizer and dry into composite fertilizer. This process eliminates the complicated concentration process. The method is simple and of energy saving.
