Abstract:
     Ore slurry and sulfuric acid react in the extraction tank to produce a mixture of phosphoric acid and calcium sulfate dihydrate, which is transferred directly to the neutralization tank and neutralized with ammonia. The ammonium phosphate slurry produced and the calcium sulfate dihydrate are transferred to the pelletizer and mixed with other ingredients to produce composite fertilizer. The method eliminates the complicated filtration and concentration process and the utilization of calcium sulfate dihydrate as filler meets the requirement of environmental protection.
