Abstract:
     The present invention uses ground phosphate rock and hydrochoric acid as raw material to conduct wet continuous thin layer reaction under normal atmospheric temperature. By strenthening the escaping of fluorine (saving the defluorination process) and promoting the phosphorous extraction rate, the P2O5/F in the extract is made to be 38-78, the phosphorous extraction rate achieves to 90-95%. By adopting two-stage neutralization, the extract is directly used to produce fertilizer calcium hydrophosphate and fodder calcium hhdrophosphate. Said invention features simple process, low loss, small investment and suitable for mass production.
