Abstract:
     A dielectric niobate ceramics used for microwave element and capacitor has the primary phase (Ba1-ySry)8-x(LasNdtBiu)xTi3 xNb4-xO24, where x=0-3, y=0-1 and s t u=1. Its preparing process is also disclosed. Its advantages are high HF dielectric constant up to 50-90, low loss, and small temp coefficient of resonance frequency.
