Abstract:
     The present invention provides a kind of synthesized marble produced with waste stone, unsaturated resin, pigment slurry, curing agent and promoter and characterized calcium carbonate powder. The synthesized marble plate is produced through the steps of: mixing resin, pigment slurry, curing agent and promoter and calcium carbonate powder through vacuum stirring; adding stone grains and stone blocks through vacuum stirring; vibration and pressing in mold to form; extruding in pressurizing extruder and curing; cutting and surface treatment. The present invention has the advantages of low production cost, fast forming speed, beautiful and natural decoration effect, and is suitable for decoration of floor and wall.
