Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a kind of stone material reinforcing layer and its preparation process, and aims at raising the strength indexes of stone material in low cost. The reinforcing layer consists of cement and stuffing, the cement may be white cement, grey cement or magnesia-phosphate cement, and the stuffing is the mixture of sand, stone powder and flyash. The stone material reinforcing layer is prepared through the steps of: mixing cement, stuffing and water to form slurry, painting the slurry onto the back side of the stone slab to form composite layer, trimming and final curing to shape. The stone material reinforcing layer can raise the fracture strength of stone slab effectively in relatively low cost.
