Abstract:
     The anti-cracking inner thermal insulation wall includes base layer, interface layer, thermal insulating layer, leveling layer, anti-cracking protecting layer, inner putty layer and facing decorating layer. Its anti-cracking protecting layer consists of successively adhered leveling gypsum layer, adhering layer and non-woven fabric layer. The construction process includes the steps of: wall base treatment via painting interface mortar; constructing thermal insulating layer and leveling layer; painting 3-10 mm thick anti-cracking gypsum and leveling before adhering non-woven fabric; scraping flexible inner wall putty; and constructing the facing decorating layer. The present invention has relatively low anti-cracking cost and high anti-cracking effect.
