Abstract:
     A process for preparing the composite ceramic powder with bionic sea anemone structure includes designing the structure and raw materials of composite ceramic particle, preparing core by heat treating, mixing the cores with the coating material, ball grinding for mechnico-chemical surface modification, and plasmka sphericizing and compacting. The said composite ceramic powder can be used for hot spray, laser deposition, or sinter to make the coated layer have high toughness and high-temp performance and excellent anti-impect and antiwear nature.
