Abstract:
     A composite multi-element ceramics as microwave medium is prepared from the two phases of ceramics, which have positive and negative temp coefficients to resonant frequency respectively, through low-temp calcining. Its formula is (1-U)[(Pb1-x Cax)1-3y/2Lay](Fe1/2 Ta1/2)O3-uCa[CFe1/2 Ta1/2)1-2Tiz]O3, where u=0.1-0.6, x=0.4-0.8, y=0-0.1 and z=0-0.2. Its advantage is high microwave dielectric performance.
