Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a basic-metal electrode multi-layer ceramic capacitor medium material and its preparation method. The main component of said material is ceramics formed from solid solution Bax(ZrySnzTi1-y-z)O3 of BaTiO3, BaZrO3 and BaSnO3 and secondary additive including CaO, BaO, TiO2, SiO2, Li2O, MnO2 and ZnO and one or more than one kind of rare earth oxide Re2O3. The above-mentioned materials can be prepared into the Y5V type antireductive medium material by means of the processes of high-temp. sintering and oxidation. The medium material can be used for making multi-layer ceramic capacitor.
