Abstract:
     The industrial routing of preparing nano level high purity Zr-Ti-Ba-Ca powder includes: preparing deionized water, compounding solution of titanic acid gel in pH 7-8, synthesizing solution with molar ratio of (Ba Ca)/(Ti Zr) higher than 1.1, washing prepared Zr-Ti-Ba-Ca powder, regulating molar precipitation among Zr, Ti, Ba and Ca, drying, grading and packing. Compared with available technology, the present invention has low material cost, simple technological process and high product performance.
