Abstract:
     The high temperature saltus ceramic material with mullite, cordierite and corundum as main raw material features the added superfine zirconia powder in 5-10 wt% as modifying additive, and the basal body material is compounded with Al2O3, kaolin, baked talcum and bentone. Of the material, mullite contains Al2O3 over 74 % and SiO2 over 23.5 %; cordierite contains Al2O3 over 34 % and SiO2 over 49 % and MgO over 14.6 %; the industrial level alpha-Al2O3 has content over 99.9 %; kaolin contains Al2O3 over 35 % and SiO2 over 43 %; the baked talcum contains SiO2 over 58 % and MgO over 30 %; bentone contains Al2O3 over 21 % and SiO2 over 47.9 %; and the additive has zirconia content over 99.6 %.
