Abstract:
     This invention relates to the manufacture of glass-shell for electrical vacuum unit. Heating with the electric tube furnace, it provides vacuum heat calibration of shape for soft glass-shell containing lead. The invention therefore solves, in the process the problems, in which the lead will be easily seperated out so to black the glass-shell and the shell will easily crack during heating, the invention provides a feasible method to manufacture and determines the range of forming temperature. The core-mould used in shape calibration may directly be designed according to a formula so that greatly simplifies the core-mould design and increases the productivity.
