| A chemical reaction is produced in a gaseous mixture, and a coat is formed on the substrate tube, in which said reaction is excited by a plasma jet producing from above mentioned mixture via microwave resonant chamber, which is supplied by a generator. And an electroconductive tube surrounding the said reaction tube system is used. It has been found that if the electroconductive tube is made of metal, the metallic ion would be diffused toward the substrate tube and polluted. Thus, according to the invention, the electroconductive tube is made of graphite. | |||
