Abstract:
     In this invention the mixed crystal glass used in optical fibre manufacture is producted by one kind of oxide reaction through gas phase deposition in the tube. It is especially true in production of the crystal glass mixed with fluorine. Before the reaction substance such as silicon tetrachloride and a kind of fluorinated agent is heated to the temperature higher than that necessary for oxide reaction, there should be no any oxide reaction taking place. To heat the reaction subotance in advance like this leads to a process of oxide reaction, in this process the crystal glass mixed with high amount of fluorine can be produced, white according to theory of thermodynamic, it is impossible to produce under relative low temp. in ordinary oxide reaction.
